This is a villa located in the green suburbs of Mahammad Shahr (close to Karaj), on a 1500 m2 land. The client wanted a very modern house, but still we managed to refer to the Persian Garden paradigm, although the square parterres are not flat and bordered by trees, as usual in the Persian Garden, but small hills with one tree atop of each one.
This villa was not built because the client migrated to Canada and bought a house there.
