Project designed in collaboration with XEMA Consultants, Reza Mafakher.
This is an invited competition for ten architectural firms in which we participated and unfortunately did not win, but the project is still not being implemented. We particularly like this luxury residential tower in the shape of a woven basket whose design is based on the triangle and for its garden design and many individual planted balconies. “Chelchenar” means “forty plane trees” in Farsi because this parcel of land had almost as many as forty plane trees and it was most challenging to design AROUND the trees and preserve all of them. This is the name we gave to the project which was called Shar.
