A group of twelve partners have the privilege of owning this exceptional 9-hectare land on a smooth slope with view to the Lavasan Dam and Lake, and want to develop it into a rather high-density residential community.
We designed three alternatives with the same objectives of maximizing the views to the lake, minimizing the amount of cut and fill to create a web of residential streets and providing an accessible village-type center to all residents.
Unfortunately, the municipality has not yet delivered the permit for allowing the breaking of the land into small parcels and is even challenging the ownership of some of the partners.
