I have curated eight exhibitions over a period of over forty years in Iran and abroad, creating each time much-needed artistic windows to distract me from the technically demanding and tedious aspects of architectural practice. It was always important for me to supervise the construction of my projects, which then led to many challenges with contractors and clients who had an obtuse world view, therefore the need to escape to a more open and artistic horizon and curate exhibitions.
